The role
As Operative Manager Human Resources you will be responsible for the entire HR function in Sweden across all paths and locations. You will work with both strategic and operational HR Matters. In other words, you will manage the day-to-day HR operations and articulate an inspiring long-term HR vision. The HR Manager will be involved in various People-related projects in Stockholm, Nordics and beyond.

Further responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and coach the local HR team
  • Develop HR strategies for a 400+ population across 3 offices
  • Develop compensation approach and structures in line with local market conditions and the overall Firm framework. Coordinate the annual compensation processes
  • Manage core people practices as needed, offers, on/offboarding, mobility, exits, and oversee the efficient and effective functioning of the team
  • Serve as point of contact for senior colleagues and cell leaders regarding Firm and Office-specific HR policies
  • Be point of contact for Firm members
  • Oversee implementation of benefit programs, closely working with staff, Firm Benefits and insurance companies
Who are we looking for?
You have excellent people management and strong project management skills. You are confident and have the ability to stand up for oneself and explain decisions. You have good judgement, strong integrity and are used to handle confidential information. You are excited by an environment with fast pace, high demands and change.

An ideal candidate has:
  • Minumum of 7 years of experience in an HR manger, HRBP, HR Partner role (or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree In HR (preferred), however your educational background may be varied
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law
  • Experience from professional services environment is a plus
