This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, creative professional with high integrity who values working in a dynamic, multicultural and entrepreneurial environment. You enjoy sharing, mentoring and guiding people, forming the bridge between students and companies. Therefore, you will be responsible for business development, sales of the education services and the daily management of the education activities for the Swedish co location. As a professional with high conviction, you have a willingness and believe in driving change within the educational system.

You want to be part in the success of making a change in the future sustainable energy field by interacting with 'the future game changers'! This roles reports to the CEO and you will be working from their office in Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities include:
  • Revenue Generation is a key part of this role with clear expectations of tripling the revenue in 3 years
  • Build long-term business and strategic relations with InnoEnergy partner universities, industries and other organizations. Understand their motivations and promote their active contribution in educational projects
  • Understand the learning needs of local organizations, industry partners and other local stakeholders
  • Contribute directly to the conceptualization of financial and technical sustainability of InnoEnergy in education and working with the other business lines to make the education part of the InnoEnergy innovation portfolio
  • Work with InnoEnergy's Marketing Department and business developers to identify channels to sell global education portfolio in the local ecosystems
  • Make the business case for the industry being involved in learning activities, facilitate and involve them
  • Maintain an appropriate level of communication with the other CC's and with external organizations similar/competitors to InnoEnergy, to learn from them and to acquire their best practices in the field of learning
  • Manage the daily business operations of the education team in the CC including project management, budgeting and reporting
  • Support the global go-to-market of educational assets developed locally
Profile
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and sales experience in education in working with customer requirements and business models
  • Background working in Learning and training with track record in providing Advances Learning Solutions that create value either in an academic or commercial environment
  • Academic degree (Master, PHD,.. )
  • Experience in project management, business planning and reporting in an international context
  • Fluent in English and Swedish ( verbal and written)
  • You are self- going, can speak up and come up with ideas with a strong believe and passion for what you do whilst being at ease in working in a matrix organization
  • Experience in the energy sector is appreciated
