Job description:

As a consultant at Nielsen you will be responsible for developing and creating new business opportunities through a client portfolio consisting of both existing and new clients within the FMCG industry. To be successful in the job a desire for outreach work is therefore essential.

You will be responsible for developing, servicing and advising a number of our FMCG clients based on Nielsen's unique analysis products that particular consists of sales data from grocery shopping (Scan Track), sales modeling and Space Management

You will be responsible for your own client portfolio and will work to build long-term customer relationships in order to understand your customers' needs and their business issues and challenges. You will be working with issues at all levels, which places high demands on flexibility and the ability to work at different strategic levels.

Required profile:

We search a candidate with the competencies and the will to be a sales driven consultant and the ideal candidate has a relevant theoretical background at Masters level as well as at least a few years of experience in a research agency, consultancy or from a FMCG manufacturer.
  • Has a good commercial understanding and awareness
  • Has a strong focus on sales and has experience in creating and finding new business opportunities
  • Has the ability to see and understand customer issues and build strong relationships and costumer value
  • Are good with numbers, have good analytical and IT skills and are good at forming relationships
  • Have great communication skills
  • Is fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
  • s passionate about marketing, consulting, sales and market analysis.
