Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
As Franchise Business Lead you are the responsible business partner for the franchisee within your district. This position is the first point of contact for anything related to Burger King (operations, marketing, development etc.) and is responsible for some of the largest franchisees within the local market.
  • Seek to understand new and developmental areas of opportunities.
  • Support Franchise takers within their district in identifying potential problems and putting solutions in place to address those challenges
  • Consider sales gaps, traffic gaps, and operation metrics gaps and work with the district to understand deficient issues
  • Work with the districts franchisees to analyse data provided by the global operations team
  • Be the point of contact for franchise takers within a certain geographical area
  • Work with development to understand incentive programs for remodels
  • Negotiate with franchisees to remodel
  • Support coaches and franchisees to improve operations metrics
  • Support national calendar and marketing promotions
Profile:
  • 4 to 6 years previous experience of specific experience in Franchise Operations
  • Previous experience of working in a sales-driven role
  • Previous experience of working with retail within the food & beverage industry
  • Swedish and English languages skills
  • Social, driven, result oriented
  • Ability to handle many contact surfaces
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Ability to travel
