On behalf of our client, Procter and Gamble, we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager based at the Stockholm office.

The position represents a unique opportunity to join one of the World's foremost FMCG companies. As Senior Key Account Manager you will manage a set of product categories with key retailers on the Swedish market. Drawing on collaborative working relationships and deep business understanding you will be responsible for developing category plans that delight shoppers both in-store and online. The role offers the prospect of work in a dynamic multi-functional team environment, in a fast paced and constantly changing industry.

In this role, you will report to the Business Unit Manager and your key tasks will include the following:
  • Build superior relationships built on trust with decision makers at all levels in the retailer organisations
  • In-depth analysis of the joint business plan with retailers to identify potential for future growth
  • Ensure flawless execution to win with the shopper in-store or online
  • Responsible for sales growth and budget management
  • Manage annual negotiations ensuring maximum value creation for shopper, retailer and P&G alike
  • Design and deliver plans to optimize category value, including making recommendations to retailers on pricing, distribution, shelving, promotions and display
  • Work with the multi-functional teams including finance, supply and shopper insights to design plans that delight the retailer and deliver sustainable growth
  • Deliver launch targets including HQ listings, distribution, display and promotion targets
  • Enable Field Sales Representatives to execute the strategic plans at store level
Your professional background
  • Solid key account management experience from an FMCG organisation, alternatively, purchasing experience from a leading FMCG retailer
  • Strong analytical capability and ability to proactively use data to identify business opportunities
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
  • Leadership potential and capabilities
  • A proven record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets
  • A clear understanding of how to execute winning plans with key retailers
  • Experience managing and improving efficiency of sales forecasts and trade fund budgets
