We are now looking for a Sr. Commercial Manager to take Arlas Milk Based Beverages to the next level, a strategic position with the opportunity to work with iconic brands Pucko and Starbucks, at Sweden's largest FMCG company.

The role is based at the Swedish headquarter in Stockholm.

Responsibility for implementation and local adaptation of the global category vision and strategy for the Starbucks® and Pucko® branded products in the Swedish market.
Understand and leverage deep consumer insights, finding inspiration within and outside the company and turning them into business opportunities.
Lead and drive new channels and placement strategy in store across all channels (retail, convenience, on-trade etc.)
Secure strategic alignment across key stakeholders, internally and externally

Measure and report performance of all marketing & category efforts, and assess against global goals (ROI and KPIs)

Brief and work directly with creative agencies to develop consumer communication, based on insight and brand positioning

  • 3-5 years of experience of Marketing in an international FMCG company, experience within the non-alcoholic beverage category is preferable.
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing and/or other relevant field.
  • Solid strategic and analytical skills.
  • Proven track-record of understanding of how consumer, channel and business needs can be translated into concrete actions and propositions.
  • Strong drive for results and informal leadership skills
  • Hands-on attitude and approach.
