As Trade Marketing Manager you're responsible to create and develop campaigns and sales activities in order for Pirelli to reach targets and further success in the Nordic markets. The Trade Marketing Manager will work in close collaboration with the sales team and the authorized dealers by planning, implementing and follow up campaigns.
The role is affected by the short openings before the summer and winter seasons when it is vital to reach out with the campaigns and sales activities. The Trade Marketing Manager also support the sales team with sales material and activities adjusted to the dealers during the year. You'll be in close contact with the Pirelli headquarter in Milan, Italy and adapt campaigns and sales material to the Swedish and Finnish markets. You also support the Norwegian and Danish markets.
It's important to be perceptive to the dealer's requests as well as be updated regarding Competitor Intelligence as well as creative and come up with new ideas for campaigns. The Trade Marketing Manager work both hands on as well as strategic. The organisation is lean and outsource certain tasks to PR and digital agencies, where the Trade Marketing Manager ensure the contact, quality and the outcome.
The role is responsible for the Trade Marketing budget and report to the Marketing Manager. The Trade Marketing process is divided in two roles so you'll work closely with a Trade Marketing Specialist who is focusing on events, merchandise and printed sales material.
In order to succeed in the role, you have 4-5 years' experience from a similar marketing role and preferably from an international company. You are consumer and sales oriented and enjoy an everyday situation where the tasks vary from high to low. In previous positions you've proven to be proactive, flexible and innovative. You enjoy working in a team and are also independent and self-driven in your work.
You have knowledge and experience within digital marketing and strong project manager skills. You have a natural drive to achieve results and strong communication skills. As a person you are committed, analytical and business oriented.
You have a University degree within marketing as well as fluent skills in English and Swedish. You have great computer skills and it is positive if you have experience from working in WordPress.
