What you will do?

As a Client Success Manager you will be focused on building strong relationships and managing existing Psycruit partnerships. Your key target is to fuel account growth and establish new client accounts in Sweden.

As a Client Success Manager, you will:
  • Have a portfolio of enterprise accounts, and be responsible for the day-to-day engagement of key executives and regional leads
  • Set customer specific strategies including training and implementation programs in order to drive usage and adoption of Psycruit within an entire organisation
  • Work with the Business Psychologist team and offer on-site training and onboarding to Psycruit
  • Prospect, meet and close new potential clients
  • Work with the international Sales team to create and implement the success, renewal and expansion of the Swedish as well as the international accounts
What you will need to succeed:
  • At least a three years of sales experience from the psychometric industry and a total of five years managing client relationships. Proven success in working with leading enterprise companies (key accounts)
  • Ability to deliver the highest level of client service with uncompromising integrity
  • Believe in our values: Be scientific, Be human and Make it easy
  • You need to speak Swedish and English fluently
