Job description:

As a sales specialist you´ll be responsible for accounts in Sweden within the electrical installer segment and wholesalers, with focus on establishing Signify as their obvious choice for lighting solutions and Interact Pro connected lighting. You´ll develop each account and manage the partnership with a long-term view while being able to translate it into actionable plans and day-to-day execution. You´ll be part of the Professional Trade sales team in Sweden. We´re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for learning and sustainability. Location: Gothenborg (or Uddevalla, Trollhättan, Karlstad area)

What you'll do
  • Develop, maintain and improve relations with accounts (installers and wholesalers) in your region
  • Create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability
  • Drive and implement yearly sales plans, marketing activities and campaigns for your accounts
  • Demonstrate a sound financial understanding, understand business drivers and identify commercial opportunities
  • Strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding customer challenges and taking on a solution-based approach

Required profile:

What you´ll need
  • A Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, technology or related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in a customer facing role selling products/solutions in industries such as lighting, electrical power, electrical manufacturing, automation or HVAC
  • A proven ability to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • A track record of strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent technical understanding of connected systems and a results-driven and proactive approach
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills
