We are currently looking for a Customer Executive for our Technology Solutions offering to drive our business even further and create new possibilities within the Business Technology and transformation sphere. We are the biggest ServiceNow partner in the Nordics. Our services span from transformation of our customers operating models to design, implement and maintain technology platforms, mainly ServiceNow. By digitalizing and automating processes, services, and workflows, we enable smarter work for people and better service experiences for customers and end-users, which will in the end result in the business success of our customers.

Your tasks will be to develop, market and sell services and solutions in our Technology Solution area, often combined with Management Services. Work is performed together with Business Executives, other Customer Executives, Delivery Managers and Team Leads. Focus of the role is on new lead generation, building of sales proposals, deal closing and customer portfolio management. Part of this role is support other sales function in the company, not only in Sweden. You will also provide content for marketing and participate in marketing events according to company’s marketing plan.

Who you are
If you are passionate about solution sales and capable of establishing close and trusted relationships between customers and stakeholders, you’ll be a great Customer Executive. You have the ability to create exceptional customer intimacy and have strong CxO connections with high activity level. You know how to create a systematic growth plan for your portfolio of customers and business opportunities. You can present Sofigate Story credibly for customers’ decision makers highlighting customer-specific business value. We also expect excellent interaction, collaboration, and communication skills, both in Swedish and in English.

You will work for Sofigate Sweden and be located in Stockholm, as a key member of the Service Management and Automation Business Line and report to the CEO /Head of the Business.
