Job description:

Job Purpose

Primary focus is to recover and maximise Sony Online Sales and Online In-house-share for responsible accounts.
Leading Sony's efforts with our retail partners, as the functional marketing expert
, to maximise and optimise Sony's online / offline presence / marketing and 360° marketing during the full consumer journey (from awareness to orientation, conversion and retention).
Develop the assigned customers Online and Offline strategy & visibility maximization in coordination with the Country Sales Manager and Trade Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making
  • Manage & coordinate all instore and digital marketing activities within the assigned channel(s)
  • Work closely with the channel head and sell-in team for goal setting and activation plan, designing and implementing digital initiatives to drive Sony higher online sales within the assigned Sony business partners
  • Online best visibility & experience (contents & location) within the channel partners, ensuring that the ranged products are shown in a compelling way and with relevant contents to the end users to drive omnichannel conversion - Online SLC (Selection, Location, Condition)
  • Improve search engines and organic rankings within the channel (Sony USP wording and visibility in accordance with search relevance)
  • Omnichannel Consistent and Optimal product communication message within the assigned Sony business partners
  • Work with cross-functional teams through implementation and compliance of product communication for ensuring desired results
  • Measure and evaluate ROI and sales and promotion effectiveness of all online trade marketing activities within the channel
  • Online Targets delivery
  • Effectively communicate with Channel Head Team and Directors
Required profile:

Qualifications & Experience
  • University degree with relevant educational background for the role
  • Fluent in Swedish spoken & written
  • Excellent knowledge in business English spoken & written
  • Experience Digital Marketing Retail (min 3 years)
  • Experience in Sales or Marketing valued
  • Facts and figures oriented with excellent eyes for detail
  • Commercially driven and self-motivated
  • Ambitious and with professional appearance
  • Innovation, Creativity, Planning and Team Working capabilities.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, RSS, SEM (Google Adwords, Ads (FB, IG, Twitter and Youtube), CRM & other relevant IS tools
  • Assets creation, content management and UX are valued
  • Proactive attitude
