- Operational project management
o Responsible for the project's deliverables
o Project planning & actions follow-up
o Design of the solution for the customer (workshops animation)
o Configuration of the solution, internal tests
o Internal coordination with IT, functional & product teams
o User testing and deployment follow-up
o Customer training

- Project monitoring
o Reports to the operational project director : project planning, risks & top level actions required to manage risks
o Workload & project costs follow-up

- Contribution to sales activities
o Workload estimation, project costing & planning proposals
o Presentation of the project methodology

- Contribution to product management
o Identification of local product requirements and evolution needs
o Product roadmap follow-up in coordination with the product team

- Contribution to customer relationship management
o Support level 1 for the customer (answer functional questions, coordinates bugs correction with support level 2-3)
o Evolutions follow-up
o Participation in events with the customers in coordination with the marketing team


- Diploma/ level of studies
o Business school or HR master

- Experience: +3 years
o Previous experience in operational HR or HR / HRIS consulting or SaaS Software implementation services

- Languages :
o Swedish : Native or fluent
o English : Native or fluent
o Danish : Optional

- Wished competencies:
o Project management : coordination, project planning, customer relationship management
o Operational HR processes knowledge : recruitment, appraisal, training, compensation
o Microsoft office (ppt, word, excel)
o HR software knowledge is a + (PeopleSoft, SAP, Lumesse, SucceeFactors etc.)
o Autonomy, fluid communication, team work spirit, proactive
