Work with state-of-the-art, technically advanced automation on the outskirts of Stockholm (Half hour drive)

We have partnered with the worlds most advanced automation technology company who are opening their first automated warehouse in Sweden!

They are now looking for a very select group of Maintenance Team Leaders who are highly experienced in leading a team of Engineers/Technicians from the front. This is a demanding environment that requires an understanding of industry standards, health and safety regulations and operational, reactive and preventative maintenance within a Swedish company. You will have a qualification or certified experience in Engineering and Maintenance.

You will be a seasoned Engineer and have at least 10 years management experience and are able to demonstrate that you have managed team performance, risk assessments, health and safety reviews and maintenance planning (using a CMMS such as SAP or similar)

Within this role, you will be offered training and will work with unrivalled robotics and automated technology. You will be given a high level of responsibility and accountability and the tools to make decisions and direct your team to achieve the highest levels of delivery.

Ideally, you will come from a fast paced, high volume, manufacturing/production 24/7 operation, You will have worked in Food, FMCG, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, or Automotive manufacturing and will have covered all elements of Maintenance.

We are looking for Team Leaders who are ready to embrace a passionate, focused, encouraging, supportive and exciting business that still feels like a start-up but offers the stability of a highly successful and established company.

The commute time is half an hour (on a good day with traffic) from Stockholm and you must be genuinely interested in working outside of the city and happy to work on a rotating shift pattern -including night shift. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to both.

Training will take place in other parts of Europe and you must be happy to travel for this for the first three months (all travel and training costs will be covered).This training will ensure that you are fully informed regarding this state-of-the-art robotics and automation solution.

Written and spoken English within a work environment is absolutely essential for this role as you will be working with Swedish and English colleagues at all levels.
