Trane in Stockholm Sweden is hiring for a Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing trusting customer relationships and maximizing account share and customer retention with building owner accounts.

Job description:

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining strong relationship with the customer portfolio and developing additional business for Equipment sales in the Sweden.
  • Participate to the development of indirect sales and build a network of dealers and sales agents in remote geographic locations.
  • Identifying sales opportunities, qualifying them, preparing proposals with the support of the quotations team, presenting offers and leading negotiations.
  • Developing the best total solution to the customer including equipment, controls and hydraulic installation, collaborating with other departments where necessary
  • Providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise, and through partnership with installers, designers, investors etc.
  • Contributing to customer growth and loyalty through continuous support, building trust and strong customer experience.
  • Regularly reporting key sales metrics and monitoring market trends and benchmark against competitors to the management.

Required profile:
  • You are a self-motivated candidate with a hunter mind-set and a willingness to overachieve sales target and build lasting relationship with customers.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in selling B2B within the HVAC or refrigeration market, required.
  • You possess strong communication and influencing skills, along with high integrity and capacity to deal with changing priorities.
  • You are highly autonomous and organised and can easily work remotely and from home. The position is home-office based, and include frequent field trips in the region.

  • Fluency in English
