Unifaun is on a growth journey and is now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) that is eager and excited to really kick off a sales career and strengthen our Nordic team. As a BDR, you are part of the Nordic Sales SMB team, a central part of the rapidly growing Sales Organization at Unifaun. Nordic Sales SMB main focus is to attract new clients, across Unifaun, Ecom & Delivery Management offerings towards the Small Medium Business (SMB) segments. Nordic Sales is also responsible for Business Development by generating and qualifying leads to the overall Nordic Sales department, and currently building that BDR function within the team. A strong pipeline is key to successful sales and you as a BDR is a critical contributor to the pipeline growth - as a BDR you will fuel Unifauns long term success!
  • You will be at the absolute front line, responsible for generating interest in prospects who might not even know yet they have a need for our solutions
  • Responsible for identifying and contacting new business leads, reaching out, engaging with potential buyers
  • You will qualify inbound leads through lead follow-up and route the sales qualified leads to the appropriate sales colleagues
  • Responsible of setting up meetings for sales colleagues for further development and closure of the leads you have qualified
  • Conduct outbound calls and e-mails to position Unifaun and Unifauns offerings to source new sales opportunities

  • Preferably 1-3 years experience in B2B-sales/Business Development or similar (international background is a bonus)
  • Resilient and motivated even on the most challenging day
  • Able to operate efficiently, in a structured manner and be self-motivated
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (additional language is a bonus, preferably Danish or Norwegian)
  • You have great communication skills, verbal as well as written
  • Experience of CRM or similar tools (e.g. SalesForce, Sales Loft)
  • Experience from software, preferably SaaS-based products, E-com or similar
  • High School Diploma or any other Degree is preferred
