About the role
As a Brand Manager, you work in a diverse and business-oriented role where you are overall responsible for our Fabric Solution strategy and portfolio (including leading brands such as Via) in Sweden as well as Fabric Sensation strategy for Nordics. Your role is to develop the category strategy and develop and implement brand marketing plans.

In this role, you work in close co-operation with the Nordic cross category teams, Global Brand Development, Sales teams, Finance, Supply Chain and creative agencies. You report to the Marketing Manager Home, Beauty and Personal Care and the role is based in our Solna office in Sweden.

Key responsibilities – Fabric Solution Brand Manager Sweden
  • Be overall responsible for delivering market share, growth and profit targets
  • Develop and implement category strategies (including market development and profitability roadmap)
  • Develop and implement brand marketing plans considering local market and consumer insights
  • Develop pack and price roadmap to drive profitable growth and optimize assortment for our different customers and channels
  • Lead complex projects (portfolio changes and innovations) that requires close co-operations with central teams, sales, supply chain, local deploy and factory
  • Develop optimized communication & activation mix with a market relevant message together with creative agencies
  • Drive communication in co-operation with local Customer Marketing and Sales teams
  • Own media/PR communication, campaign briefing and planning process
  • Ensure accurate monitoring and controlling of Brand Market Investment (BMI) budget

Key responsibilities – Fabric Sensation Lead Nordic (Comfort and Bamseline)
  • Build Nordic category strategies for Comfort and Bamseline (Fabric Sensation)
  • Build Nordic 4 quarter activity and innovation plans, and share and align with local Marketing team and CCBT

Qualifications
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
  • Relevant experience in brand building/marketing
  • Experience in developing business strategy and implementation
  • Experience in FMCG, product development, sales or category management is a plus
  • Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing
