Viessmann is currently in a very growth oriented and innovative phase currently, both nationally as well as internationally. We now look for a Area Manager ('Distriktschef') in areas north of Mälardalen and Stockholm.

...About The Job
In this position as Area Manager you will be the main driver for developing Viessmann's business relations and sales mainly to heat pump installers, real estate owners, developers and consultants. This comprise both new potential customers and current, larger end-customer projects in real-estate and recommenders. Aforementioned are active in industry segments like e.g. energy, heating, cooling, ventilation, property automation, property management and industrial production. You will offer the entire Viessmann range comprising a broad solutions offering including heat pumps, boilers, photovoltaic among other things.

...What You'll do
  • Drive the sales activities and actions for products as well as the service offerings
  • Develop a business plan covering sales and revenues, assist in the development of the annual marketing plan
  • Development of new installer customers, as well as management of our current customers in your region
  • Definition of the measures to reach the proposed targets and structured driven implementation of the agreed strategy
  • Responsibility for the entire sales process with freedom to create strong results
...Who are You
  • To succeed in this position you should have a active network and track record of technical sales towards e.g. heat pump installers, real estate organizations and consultants
  • You have a structured mindset and are being entrepreneurial, to develop business relations comes natural to you
  • You preferably have a few years qualified experience from heat pumps, boilers or other energy solutions e.g. cooling, ventilation or building automation
  • You are in possession of technical knowledge and have a personal interest for energy solutions
  • Thanks to strong personal drive, proactive planning skills and being committed you are reaching and exceeding set targets
  • You thrive at being structured and to initiate, develop and nurture customer and recommender relations
  • Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is required, English too. German language knowledge is meriting.
