The Sales Development team supports delivery and evaluation of our sales KPIs, identifies opportunities and risks and recommends corrective plans to improve capability, effectiveness and efficiency of our sales organisation, across all categories.
The role of the Space Planner is to define and evaluate opportunities and risks across Northern Europe markets/channels (i.e. distribution, space, display, location) as well as developing comprehensive category recommendations for fixture flow, allocation of space and adjacencies for segments and products with objective of increasing category growth for both customers and Mondelez.
You will support and lead development of compelling category range review recommendations for key customers, including micros space, adjacencies, merchandising and range recommendations. You will work closely with category development and sales teams to help build longer term, category partnerships with key customers.
You will also provide expert merchandising support bringing the voice of the customer in to key marketing/category projects within the market.
What are we looking for?
Commercial and analytical experience with FMCG or retail, either from sales, category or space/range planning.
Experience in Nielsen or similar retail EPOS data is essential, as well as space management tools.
Great understanding of the customer.
Ability to analyse and interpret data into tangible business actions.
Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English
