Aurora Innovation is a leading actor in understanding the workflows within healthcare. Aurora, whose product portfolio provides solutions for case management and digital communication is looking for a Group Sales Director, with an ambition to take their business to the next level. The company has a strong, profitable position in the market with a good client base and the ambition of being a lead player enabling digital healthcare communication services. Aurora Innovation currently invests in organizational development with the ambition to increase the scalability of their operations. The purpose is to prepare the ground for a subsequent profitable geographical expansion. Sales, marketing and product development is seen as an integrated part of this transition. An initial focus for the Group Sales Director will therefore be to craft a joint Sales and Marketing strategy together with the Marketing Director and Product Management, and thereafter to implement this strategy in an agreed roadmap. This is yet another step to build a scalable operation which profitably can expand its reach and grow its business.

As the new Group Sales Director, you will report to the Group CEO and be a member of the Group Management team.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director, who is a confident leader with an insight and genuine passion for improving healthcare by means of digital communication. The ideal candidate has experience or insight in development and implementation of international sales strategy in a company heading for international growth. You might have a background within a nearby industry ICT, SW, Telco, SaaS and/or MedTech, Healthcare. To deliver results is a natural part of your professionalism, and you do it while adjusting to the culture and values that prevail both among our customers and within the company. We are looking for a leader with high integrity and capability of leading our people and business towards a new strategical level, with excellent people leadership skills. You also have the ability to drive business performance and strategical development initiatives together with the Group Management and the Country Managers. We expect you also to have a master’s degree.
