Challenging role
This is your opportunity to become part of an ambitious company that are experiencing heavy growth with HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark. Configit are offering Configuration Lifecycle Management solutions which support customers with Configure-Price-Quote and product configuration challenges. They have a solid Danish customer base – and now wants to conquer the Swedish market as well.

As SaIes Executive you will be part of the Nordic Sales Team, reporting directly to the Nordic Head of Sales. Your primary focus is ensuring new sales in Sweden, both on licenses and implementations, across industry segments. You will be empowered to execute your own go-2-market strategy and you will have a highly competent team supporting you – from lead generation to project implementation.

To become a success in this position you must be able to work independently while you also manage to ensure a strong coordination and collaboration with sales, delivery, solution architects, product development etc. You must have a natural desire to understand the customers value chain and challenges.

Solid track record
For this challenging position, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record. Since the biggest market potential is within the manufacturing industry, it is key that you have sales experience from this segment. It's a plus if you have experience from IT sales and are used to working with engineers.

You thrive in a dynamic environment and informal culture, and as a person you are open-minded, structured with a strong sense of urgency. Besides this, you are positive, robust and smart working - and you know how to navigate in a matrix/international organization and manage stakeholders. Your residence is preferably Copenhagen or Southern Sweden, alternatively Stockholm, and you are expected to travel across Sweden as well as to HQ in Copenhagen, on a frequent basis.
