Drive implementation of complex projects and act as subject matter expert As Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and running more complex projects overseeing the progress and deliverables at agreed deadlines and within scope. You will work closely together with various stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) and act as a subject matter expert actively participating in the project. Other areas of responsibility will be:
Set project team and create and manage project plans
Stakeholder mapping, issue management and risk management
Facilitate review sessions with your team and steering committeThis is an exciting opportunity to deploy your project management experience in a global context and build a wide international network. Passionate Project Manager with business process expertise You - have a proven track record showing many successful implementations of enterprise-scale software solutions (+300 users). CRM and Salesforce implementation experience is a must. You can demonstrate business process expertise around sales and service, and you are able to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates. Your project leadership skills are second-to-none, and you passionately manage project teams, budget and time frame. Moreover, you are a natural leader who mentor teams of junior team members and effectively manage escalations.
