We are looking for a product manager who will ensure the quality of a part of our existing discretionary products and will have responsibility for developing new ones.

Who are we?
Our vision is to make our customers´ lives better. Wealth Management business is experiencing a huge change and we are implementing a new business model. Our department is in core of that change. What we do has a strategical focus, also in the future. This means also that we are bringing our discretionary product range (managed accounts) to the next level and improve it all the time.

Discretionary products play a key role when advising our customers and helping them to achieve their goals, dreams and ambitions. This is a growing area and therefore we are expanding and hiring a new colleague. We already have more than 100 billion DKK assets in these products in Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Norway and Sweden.

You will be a part of Offerings department with 16 colleagues who are responsible of the investment products (internal and external funds and discretionary products) for all countries in Danske Bank (Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Norway and Sweden) and all customer segments (Private Banking, Personal Banking, Business Banking and Asset Management). Working with the discretionary products is one part of our job, done in close co-operation with the colleagues in our department and many stakeholders.

Our offices are located near Lyngby station, north of Copenhagen.

Your role and background
  • You will become a specialist in our discretionary product range in Offerings at Wealth Management.
  • Your will run your own product development projects. Taking responsibility is natural to you.
  • You will also be responsible for making proposals and recommendations to Wealth Management Product Committee.
  • You will bring new ideas to develop the products and create new ones.
  • You will be working with many stakeholders, so good collaboration skills are a key to success.
  • You make things happen and find solutions - also when facing complex problems.
  • As a pleasant and positive person, you are able to work both on your own and together with colleagues. You have excellent collaboration and communication skills. Additionally you are an effective and good communicator in English.
  • We work with high pace and have many things at our plate. Working in a structured way is needed to be successful.
  • You have a degree in economics, finance or similar and you have several years of relevant professional experience, preferably within investment. It is an advantage if the discretionary products are familiar to you.'
