Danske Bank International, based in Luxembourg since 1976, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Danske Bank A/S in Denmark. We serve wealthy clients who have chosen to live outside the home markets of Danske Bank Group. We are specialised in International Private Banking and provide advisory services on investment and asset management as well as inheritance and tax planning. We have dedicated teams to service our clients.

We are looking for an ambitious Client Assistant on a permanent contract.

Job responsibilities
  • Direct administrative client contact and taking on clients calls.
  • New Business registration.
  • Supporting and liaising with Wealth Managers on ad-hoc issues and to represent in their absence.
  • Investigations and problem solving.
  • Administration of clients accounts and regularly reviews.
  • MasterCards, eBanking agreements, time deposits/loans and payments.
  • Providing statements on regular and ad-hoc basis including manual reporting.
  • Treating special conditions, price conditions, fees and discount handling.
  • Take an active part in projects.
  • Interacting and coordinating in between departments.
Personal Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Swedish native speaker level and a good command of spoken and written English.
  • Team player with a positive attitude who communicates in a constructive manner.
  • Eager to learn new tasks and develop competences and qualifications.
  • Analytical and methodical approach and the ability to adapt to complex problems.
  • Banking background in a Private Bank.
  • Genuine behavior with a sound self-confidence.
