Profile:
  • 5-10 years working experience with technical support of comparable products (i.e. automation or mechatronics products)
  • Broad technical experience, technology affinity and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Technical or engineering degree. (Formal degree can be compensated by relevant experience)
  • Fluent in English and another European Language, German preferred
  • Some management/team leading experiences in similar role and excellent project management skills
  • Working in a fast-paced, growing, multi-national company (experience working with international teams and languages)
  • Customer-oriented, proactive and willing to take responsibility
  • Positive 'Can-Do' attitude, high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prepared to work across Europe on projects, based out of Envipco Engineering and Logstics Hub in Westerkappeln, Germany (or based in central Europe with regular extended stays at that site).
  • EU passport and driving license holder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In charge of all technical support activities in Europe, developing the core support team in Germany and local Product Experts. (People, Tools, Processes and Training)
  • Establish and follow up service efficiency benchmarks for Europe to achieve machine uptime and performance targets. (Ensure service level, measure and compare)
  • Support implementation of state of the art and best practice service system for local markets (standardized/blue print) in coordination with IT and local teams.
  • Manage product introductions in new markets, including working with partners and pilot demonstrations
  • Manage training programs for local product experts (TTT), field technicians and 3rd party technicians.
  • Manage improvements of Preventive Maintenance and Spareparts Processes
  • Report prioritized product improvement action to Engineering, coordinated with US Technical Support
  • Contribute to bring our RVM technical portal (enVision Portal) for remote service and diagnostics to a new level
