The Role
  • Develop and Identify new clients, relationships, targets and partners
  • Synthesizing current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for the planned action
  • Analyze the market's potential to determines the value of prospective client's value
  • Understanding the client's needs to identify unique sales opportunities
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Ability to measure and analyze and act on the basis of key performance indicators
  • Processing and distributing online website leads
  • Developing client relationships with current and new IranTalent clients
  • Using logic to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Preparing analytical reports
  • BA/Master in Management field
  • 6+ years' work experience as Business Development Manager
  • Have an experience in B2B environment and online services
  • Strategic thinker who can focus on the big opportunities and who will dig in to make it happen
