Position Overview:
Leones INC OU is an Estonian company that is part of a large group of companies – Superwave Group LLC. Superwave Group was founded in 1992 and has a head office in the Russian Federation (the main production site is also located in Russia, St. Petersburg). The core business lines are Microelectronics production, new & refurbished IT equipment supply, aftersales service.

The most important business solutions to sale:
  • Development and supply of new telecommunication equipment: set-top boxes, cable modems, routers, GPON ONTs, etc.
  • A wide range of equipment Refurbishment and Repair services for telecom operators, mainly in Western Europe because of its own production facilities located in Estonia.
Essential Functions:
  • To identify and engage with Telecommunication Operators in Europe and worldwide.
  • To meet with Telecos to present Company's products.
  • To conduct market pricing analysis – competitive, strategic or alternate channel.
  • To work with the factory and logistic team and other appropriate departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • To keep the organization informed of trends, opportunities, and customer requirements.
  • This list is not exhaustive and the job holder may be required to undertake other additional tasks as required by the company.

Position Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical major or related work experience
  • 5+ years direct sales in the IT or Data Networking industry
  • English speaking
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the telecommunications related Market
  • Spanish speaking
  • Other languages
Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to understand business issues and trends, that impact Leones INC OU success.
  • Good understanding of business metrics and data used in the market place and how it applies.
  • Cross-cultural management skills to effectively work with co-workers and external contacts to effectively build relationships, respond positively to situations, and influence others.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas, exchange information clearly and concisely, and conduct effective presentations and delivery of message that fits the audience (customers and Leones personnel).
  • Foster teamwork to manage conflicts, promote creativity, and resolve issues.
  • Organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload.
  • Experience of developing sales plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, set and achieve goals, show leadership/facilitation skills with a positive approach.
  • Prepared for business trips (travel estimated up to 50% of time).
