Your Role
Royal Canin is in a major change in terms of how to reach pet owners with a strong momentum from traditional media to digital. That is why Royal Canin is now creating a whole new brand activation team that will focus on content, paid search, paid digital media and our own social channels in the Nordic countries.

As a part of this new team, the Digital Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving intelligent media reach powered by data and analytics capabilities to ensure the right decision and optimization of our investments. We want to maximize relevant consumer reach to build Royal Canin brand equity through paid media in digital channels. The remit covers the end-to-end process of planning, executing and measuring online media campaigns from media development and placement, to monitoring and reporting performance.

You work together with our agency partners and your internal teams to ensure that our global brand expression is conveyed to our Nordic pet owners. Creating Royal Canin as the top of mind brand for cat and dog owners.

Who are you?
In order to succeed in this role, we believe that you have a University education in the relevant field.

We believe that you have several years of experience in digital marketing and/or brand management in a multinational environment and ideally agency experience within digital. Furthermore, you have a proven track record of successfully planning and executing paid digital media in line with brand strategy, and experience in managing agency partnerships.

SEM/SEO and Google analytics are a few of the tools that you know on your five fingers, and you know how to transform data into actionable insights.

Since this is an international company where both employees, partners and customers are from different parts of the world, you should be open as a person and fully fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages.
