To support our continuous growth, we currently have job opening for a dynamic and well-versed Regional Sales Director – Nordics to join our company. This position is a remote sales position and covers the entire Nordic region.

The Regional Sales Director will have experience in eLearning, enterprise software, SaaS or related managed services sales to large multi-national organizations. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive relationship builder with excellent communication skills who loves to present a compelling value proposition to senior management and C-level audiences. This is a true "sales hunter" position calling on prospective C-level enterprise clients. Seeking a highly motivated, highly competitive self-starter.

Reports To:
Senior Vice President of Global Business Development

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new business and drive existing client growth
  • Drive the sales process from the initial call through close
  • Leverage Sales CRM platform
  • Develop customer relationships
  • Work closely with support teams
Job Requirements:
  • Must have 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferably in enterprise sales.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills a must
  • Consultative skillset
  • Build a pipeline of and upsell of existing accounts
  • Experience closing large complex global deals
  • Handle customer questions and objections during the sales cycle.
  • Lead customer meetings and presentations to senior management and C-level audiences
  • Close new business. (6 figure plus deal size).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • CRM experience required
  • Ability to travel overnight in your territory (25-30%)
  • Attend networking and industry events; create a network of influential and high-profile contacts in line with company business objectives.
  • Monitor activity of competitors.
  • Experience selling eLearning a plus
