We have an open position for an Infrastructure Development Professional in the global Active Directory Team at site Gothenburg Sweden, please find the details below:

Job Description
The Infrastructure Development Professional (IDP) is specialized in the area of Service Design.

Regardless of specialization it is important to have an understanding and insight in all lifecycle areas.
  • The mission of the IDP working with Service Design is to design and develop infrastructure service objects, including software, hardware and all related documentation.

  • The IDP in Service Design mainly works within the processes related to design/development of the services and developing the architecture of the integration solutions.

  • The services are most often delivered to service transition and service operation to be used to support HCL customers.

  • The IDP will be the third level support for the services developed by the service design group.

  • The IDP defines how a service should be used and configured.
  • The IDP works together with Service Transition around release planning of the service objects. The IDP mainly works within the processes related to the setup of the runtime services.
  • The IDP provides expertise in analyzing requirements, validating, testing, designing and developing infrastructure technical services as well as configuring infrastructure solutions for delivery.

  • The IDP ensures that infrastructure services and solutions are designed to meet business requirements.

  • The IDP participates in optimization of cost and in managing costs related to IT expenses.

  • The IDP ensures compliance of the objects and the instances with the relevant processes, methods, frameworks and tools.
  • The IDP ensures that development and configuration is done in accordance with requirements, plans and standards.

  • The IDP manages lifecycle activities to continuously improve the technical services in order to meet requirements such as design corrections, quality improvements, new functionality, maintainability, efficiency, performance, security, availability and IT service continuity
  • The Shared Services Global Active Directory team with members from different sites are working with both daily operations to fulfil our OLS and to participate in development projects towards the

  • Active Directory Services. The team is now looking for new people (Senior Technicians) who will work within the team with daily and development tasks.
Competence requirements:
  • Senior expert for several of the products in scope for this position
  • Experience and technical knowledge of the products in the product area
  • Overall knowledge of different IT architectures & network topologies
  • At least 2 years of experiences from designing IT solutions applications or infrastructure products).
Technical skills requirements
  • Strong Active Directory services knowledge together with strong Windows knowledge

  • Knowledge about TCP/IP, LDAP, DNS, PKI, ADFS, Azure AD, Cloud Services
  • Experience from Windows Server 2008 and 2012
  • Authentication, Authorization
  • Experience from scripting (Powershell) and documenting
Other requirements
  • Its included in the role to be part of our on call team which operates 24/7.
  • Because of legal and customer contract regulations we are looking for candidates with european citizenship, and to speak and write Swedish is an advantage.
