Your key priority will be placing your dedication to providing unbeatable customer service at the heart of operations. As head of retail you will take responsibility for developing and managing a store strategy that will deliver consistently improving commercial success. Working closely with your team of area managers and franchise partners, you will ensure that your vision for the brand and your performance expectations filter through to every single employee on every single sales-floor.
This will be a key position which encompasses architecting/planning, growth and operation of a global trading operation. The position would suit an established Retail Operations Director with a proven background in fashion, hospitality or any other sector with global responsibilities of trading multinational stores.
Key to the success of this role will be your ability to negotiate with our partners as well as working with the team to encourage a culture of high performance, in turn driving revenue and profit for the business. You will work across all areas of the business including sales, facilities development, marketing, finance, customer services, etc.
You will come from a strong customer service, sales strategy and management background and will be able to demonstrate your ability to retain and develop a portfolio of retail partners. You'll be able to show how you have taken departments through periods of successful growth and you'll naturally have the charisma, drive and communication skills that would be expected within this role.
The position is based in Gothenburg and reports to the COO.
