About the job

For the business area Personal Care, we are looking for a colleague who will report into the International sales team. Personal Care primarily markets botanically derived emollients used in the cosmetic industry. The mainobjective for the sales-coordinator is to increase Personal Care sales by working with proactive service, analysing market trends and following up on sales in our regions, both with strategic customers as well as other opportunities which promote our direct sales. An important part of the work is to actively support the sales managers, to participate in the sales process and together with the sales manager create a valuable customer relation. The design of the daily work process is created by the sales-coordinator and the sales managers together with a high level of efficiency to keep customers satisfied at all times.

Sales coordinator responsibilities on a daily basis
  • Register agreements, call-offs, orders and questionnaires
  • Keep dialogue with customers as well as with internal contacts
  • Follow up on ongoing business: offers, sales, orders and reports
  • Support Sales managers
  • Monitor our accounts receivable ledger and send out reminders for overdue invoices
  • Participate and drive improvement projects
You will be placed in Karlshamn, Sweden and will report to our International Sales Director, Personal care. This is a temporary position for 12 month duration.

Who are you?

Experience:

We are looking for you who minimum hold a college degree and have strong computer skills. You are good at expressing yourself in speech and writing. We are an international company therefore fluency in English is a prerequisite. If you have previous experience with similar tasks or using SAP, this is a benefit.

Personal abilities:

We are looking for you who have customer focus and are good at building long-term relationships. You are motivated by reaching the department's goals with great commitment to achieving customer satisfaction. We expect you to have a good drive and have the ability to take initiative to improve the department´s way of working. As a person, you are systematic, thorough and a fast learner.
