In this role, you will work closely with closely with both the Northern European Controls & Systems team and the local Norwegian lighting brands salesforce by supporting and providing our customers with the Controls and Systems perspective.the Norwegian salesforce to support and complement our clients within armature with the Control and Systems perspective.

You will be based in Oslo and report directly to the Sales Director Controls & Systems Northern Europe.
You will be part of the Controls & Systems team and virtually share expertise and best practice with your colleagues in Sweden, Denmark and UK. Additionally, you work closely with the Norwegian salesforce.
You will be facing a wide variety of customer groups across the entire range of people involved in exciting projects. Architects, end users, consultants, lighting designers and installers - you will have the opportunity to meet them all during various projects ahead of you. Controls are everywhere in one way or another whether it is an airport, school, office, hotel, museum or a football stadium.
Within the role as System Specialist, you will:
Work closely with Product Managers and the Controls & Systems Team to ensure the latest developments are applied to the market
Promote the Controls & Systems portfolio to our sales force in order to identify and secure business within the business area
Perform regular customer visits; primarily with Key Account Managers from the lightning brands, to add value to our lightning solutions
Perform customer presentations and train both customers and colleagues in Controls and Systems
Promote and participate at customer events, trade fairs and educational trips to our factories and showrooms
Manage projects through the design, quote and implementation
Keep overall commercial view of the project to maximize customer satisfaction
Perform and keep track of your KPIs
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for you who have:
Fluent skills in both Norwegian and English (additional Scandinavian languages are advantageous)
Work experience preferably as system designer or specialist, technical engineer, service technician or commission engineer system
Experience within lightning- and/or building controls
Lightning and electrical knowledge
Experience of good relationship building, account management and networking skills
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Experience of carrying out lightning designs and design briefs
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dialux/Relux and AutoCAD
Understanding of DALI/DSI/BACnet/OPC/Ethernet networks/Building Energy Management Systems
A developed commercial awareness
