We are growing our business and are looking for a future Sales Representative for our office in Lund.

In the role of Sales representative, you will help our customers to increase their business value by using Office 365 and SharePoint. With a customer focused approach, you will help our customers to find the right solution to simplifying the daily work of the individuals, strengthening the cooperation of different teams and increasing the productivity of the organization. You will be part of our sales team consisting of sales representatives and managers at Nexer Worklife located in Stockholm and Lund, you will also work closely to other units within Nexer.

Your role will include
  • Finding new customers for our digital worklife solutions based on our offerings that includes both the strategic, technical and human side of the change.
  • Prospecting, selling, and closing deals based on our offerings to the right people in the customer including C level. Including creating offers, demoing products, negotiating offers, closing deals and creating agreements
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to set the sales plan with target customers, reaching the set growth targets
  • Coworking with other Nexer units for sales and delivery
  • Collaborate with the consultants to ensure delivery
  • Contributing to product and offerings development
Your background
We think that you have experience of the whole sales process. You are passionate about digital worklife solutions and have overall knowledge about Office 365. As a person, you should have a great interest in the business as well as the customer dialogue. You see opportunities, take advantage of them and dare to move forward even when the road is not fully mapped out. You should have commitment and drive to continuously develop our business and deliver good results. You are responsible and structured in your way of working.
