As a Brand Manager you will be part of a team and reporting to the Marketing Director. The main objective of the position is to adapt the international guidelines that regulate the brand, to the Nordic markets.
  • Define and propose product marketing positioning and strategy including definition of marketing mix, marketing tools, consumer target groups, pricing, etc. based on market research and analysis.
  • Define and propose communication and advertising strategies with advertising agencies with all information needed to implement effective commercials and advertisements.
  • Prepare annual and long-term marketing plans for assigned brand and also develop and recommend advertising strategies and related sales activities to increase market penetration and gaining market share.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, to achieve the defined marketing objectives as well as analyse the existing.
  • Produce reports on Ferrero products performance, such as sell-out data, pricing, freshness stock levels, market share, etc. as well as on consumer behaviour such as consumer preferences and changing tastes.
  • Carrying out surveys and analyse competitive and product-related scenarios and trends.
  • Cooperate with Trade Marketing, develop consumer campaigns and POS material.
  • Ensure that the brand activities comply with relevant facts, legal demand and ethical standards.
  • Ensure and prepare the Nutella brand so it meets the local standards and customer demands.
In the position as Brand Manager you will work closely with Category, Key Account, Trade Marketing and Controlling.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from a similar role
  • University degree, preferably within Marketing
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Strong capability to organize your own work, setting priorities and meeting critical deadlines
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • The ability to adapt quickly to new situations and coping effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience from budget management
  • FMCG knowledge
  • Strong understanding of operational and strategic marketing practices
  • Portfolio management
  • Understanding of consumers and consumer research
  • Nielsen knowledge
  • Very good computer and Office skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
  • International experience will be a plus
