A day in the life of an Account Manager VET
As an Account Manager VET, you will be a valuable part of the Key Account VET Team. As you are passionate about developing connections with people, you will also be responsible for coordination and support of the key account/account strategy of Royal Canin in the area of VET (Veterinary), by establishing, maintaining and developing the customer relationship with local corporates, buying groups and accounts of the online business. With the goal of increasing sales and especially expanding and securing the online and offline market share / market position of therapeutic diets and guaranteeing the accomplishment of VET pillar's strategy and vision.

Essential duties and responsibilities
You will also be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Maximize all business opportunities for local accounts & local online accounts VET: visibility in clinic & on website, listings, e-marketing, promotions & online promotions, newsletter presence and social media presence
  • Development of the brand's online and offline presence in collaboration with customers
  • Maximizing business opportunities with the clinic groups: Brand visibility in the clinics, marketing services and product categories.
  • Close cooperate and communicate with (online) marketing and field service to implement the measures and goals agreed in the annual account plan
  • Implement the online and offline strategy in the field of therapeutic diets
  • Ensure the strengthening of the market position for B2B/ B2C
  • Monitor & analyze the VET online market, clinic group market, competitors, customer needs and online market development with the aim of expanding the market position and further development in the stationary business
  • Define the goals and key figures with the aim of exploiting the possible potentials
  • Develop Joint Business plans with Accounts, responsible for accurate forecasting of the demand plan specific to accounts, feeding DMRs
  • Ensure demand planning as well as compilation and evaluation of statistics and possible trends
  • Support in the development of New Business Development decisions and business areas
What are we looking for?
We are looking for you who is deeply passionate about marketing, stakeholder management & sales. Winning "hearts & minds" is exciting for you. You are used to take initiative, seek responsibility and drive for the results. Also, you want to be a part of making a better world for pets - especially, cats & dogs.

Ideally You are/have:
  • At least Bachelor's degree preferable in Communication, Marketing or Business Administration
  • If you do not have university degree, then you have minimum 5 years of Sales experience gained in an FMCG or comparable Business organization in roles with strong numerical/analytical focus and with a strong business mindset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of customer facing experience in Sales
  • Experience within eCommerce and/or consumer goods from FMCG is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good English skills and fluent in Swedish
