TRADE MARKETING MANAGER
for a temporary maternity leave cover, located in our Swedish office in Mariestad.
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager for the leading Scandinavian tissue brands Serla and Lambi to our Swedish office in Mariestad. The position is a temporary maternity leave substitute for about one year.
As a Trade Marketing Manager you will have a crucial role in executing our brand strategies in the in-store environment, securing maximum visibility for our brands in stores and driving successful campaigns.
You are an expert in trade marketing and have a good knowledge of the Swedish retail environment, as well as a clear understanding of how the FMCG retail works. You are passionate to develop activities that fit the retail customers' strategies and our brands. You are able to drive trade activities proactively from planning to high quality execution in store, as well as analytical follow-up for constant improvement.
As a Trade Marketing Manager you will be a crucial link between Marketing and Sales teams, coordinating and optimizing the brand efforts in stores. You will be part of the Marketing organization, while working especially close to field sales. You have good capability to handle stress and changing situations, and a proactive attitude to take things forward and execute excellently. You are not afraid of routines and details, but you also have a creative mind to find solutions to different challenges.
You are expected to have minimum 3 years of relevant experience within marketing and/or sales and a Marketing degree. Experience from relevant positions within international FMCG companies is an advantage. Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English are a prerequisite for this role. You will also be required to travel on occasion.
