We are looking for a Leader Technical Support – Customer Care Center (CCC) responsible for the management of a team of specialists, who provide technical (product) support to external and internal customers. Support is given from 4 different locations and covers the areas of industrial automation, electrical distribution and installation systems and control.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations and ensure a seamless, high quality, customer support process meeting SLA's and with a clear focus on delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Coaching and development of team and individuals, as well as development of the technical support role in line with the business and market requirements
  • Identify and deploy opportunities for simplification, optimization and digitization based on process and performance analysis. Pro-actively strive for improvements and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the different teams in the organization and customers and act as a true Business Partner
Your profile
  • Master Degree in Technical Management or Engineering (Industrial Automation or Electrical Distribution), Software or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical service environment, including several years in a leadership position.
  • Experienced in working with MS Office, as well as ERP and CRM systems
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and in writing including presentation skills
On a personal level, you are a people manager, with a clear customer focus and strong analytical skills. You are comfortable with changes, have a good business acumen and always act with a solution oriented mindset. You are known to build trust and achieve great results in collaboration with others. You are able to communicate on all levels and coach and motivate by influence.
