YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Nordics, reporting to the Managing Director Nordics, will serve as a trusted and collaborative advisor, employee champion and change agent on Human Resource-related topics. The HRBP will be providing proactive, practical and valued HR partnership and will be responsible for the operational and strategic support of the managers in the Nordics as well as the Swedish and Finnish based employees. The HRBP should demonstrate strong skills in building relationships, influencing and guiding all levels of management on the HR implications when making business decisions and on all people-management aspects and leadership. The HRBP will deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

YOUR TASKS
Be a Business Partner
  • Work with designated areas of the business to develop understanding of key HR issues
  • Proactively offer standard and innovative HR solutions to meet business needs
  • Identify where efficiencies can be made to improve overall performance of designated business areas
  • Proactively contribute to change management through all phases (analyzing, identifying options, decision, positioning, refinement of governance)
  • Provide guidance and input on organizational design, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring success of training programs / deliver training as needed
Manage Employee Relations
  • Act as partner for the Nordic Management Team and local managers; advise and support the business in Sweden and Finland based on HR processes, the yearly HR Calendar and the Employee Life Cycle
  • Manage internal communications from a HR perspective
  • Develop a plan to ensure maximum employee engagement
  • Manage Dräger wide processes (e.g. Global Employee Survey) to ensure a consistent approach across the Nordics
Apply Local Employment Law
  • Ensure that HR frame/ governance remain legally compliant
  • Ensure that there is a consistent approach to the handling of disciplinarians, grievances and redundancies
Achieve Synergies in the Nordics
  • Contribute while sharing best practices
  • Plan for synergies and scalable HR actions
  • Ensure that existing processes are efficiently designed, clearly communicated and matching to the maturity level of the organization
  • Improve data capturing and data related decisions
YOUR STRENGHTS
  • Business degree with emphasis on HR or equal qualification
  • Proven experience in a business partner environment in international companies, typically gained over a period of 5 years or more
  • Experience in change management
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives across different subsidiaries
  • Know-how in managing learning and development activities
  • Experience to work in a regional & complex environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leading and managing people
  • Excellent English language skills (business negotiation level required)
  • Ability and wish to work autonomously with minimal supervision
