As a Commercial Engineer you will work closely with the customers to grow and expand the implementation/integrations of our products. You understand the customer´s business drivers and how to map these to an Ankorstore solution that meets both their needs and budget. Brands and Retailers dynamic is at the heart of our strategy. Our customers are professionals who are expecting service excellence and help in order to be successful. Your main tasks will be:
  • Become an expert for brands to support their retailer acquisition
  • Develop your portfolio of retailers through different acquisition tactics
  • Understand retailer challenges in order to articulate impactfully Ankorstore value proposition
  • Conduct high volume of calling and mailing to drive referral adoption
  • Provide extra support on low-tiers brands
  • Generate additional revenues for our Brands through education and upsell strategies
  • Become a trusted agent by providing effective prospection and sales strategy
* Adopt a target-oriented approach and closely monitor your acquisition funnel to improve the performances and conversion rate at every stage.
  • Promote Ankorstore Network features and Prospection Tools
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure overall satisfaction of Brands
  • Deal efficiently either by e-mail or by phone with the objections raised
  • Contribute to product development by providing feedback and requests for new features from our Brands
  • At least 2-3 years in an account executive / customer success role
  • Experience in selling SaaS / CRM / Emailing solutions.
  • Track record of upselling solutions
  • Comfortable working with CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in one of the Nordic languages (native), as well as English
