The role:

Burger King is a globally celebrated brand and having won more than 70 Cannes Lions the past 3 years is now looking for a talented and ambitious Marketing Communications and Media Manager in Sweden.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a unique, internationally well-known brand and for the right person the opportunities are enormous. This is most likely one of the coolest marketing communications job out there!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility to develop and deliver all national advertising materials as well as all national merchandising promotions in alignment with national BK Sweden's marketing strategy per the marketing calendar.
  • The position interacts with internal stakeholders to synthesize brand and calendar strategy into creative briefs, that agency partners can translate into effective creative assets for advertisements or merchandise.
  • The position oversees creation of advertising and merchandising assets including attending shoots.
  • Responsibility to manage cross functional tasks for the team of professionals (media and creative agency, budget and planning).
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of production processes
  • Previous experience of marketing communications, brand marketing strategy and fundamentals, merchandising and printing processes, and QSR trends
  • Knowledge of vendors, agencies and partners in the industry
  • Skilled in identifying needs, arranging for, and obtaining resources needed to accomplish goals and objectives
  • Ability to lead and apply organizational and change theories to influence change within the organization
  • Ability to translate business needs into performance analysis strategies
  • Ability to translate global materials into locally relevant adaptations known as cornerstone activities.
  • Creates in partnership with marketing communications agencies materials that deliver high ROI to boost Burger King Sweden's overall targets of improving brand, sales, guests and Franchise profitability
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Swedish
  • Personally you are analytical, driven and thrive in a fast paced international environment
