For one of our business Units, Industrial Air Filtration (IAF), we are looking for a Aftermarket Supervisor. The IAF products protect the environment and improve people's lives by reducing pollution indoor and emissions to the outdoor. Specifically, this technology cuts the emissions of dust, oil mist and fumes across a wide range of applications. End-users of our products are within the whole of the industrial market which we access through OEM, multinationals, key end-users and approved resellers.

In this position you will be responsible to thrive the IAF's secondary market of replacements parts and services for the Scandinavian Countries & Russia. You will be leading a small team of internal sales people and will directly report to the Aftermarket Sales manager, Central and Eastern Europe.

This position will be located in Copenhagen or Stockholm.

  • You will ensure consistent and profitable growth, this through managing, promoting and selling within the commercial policies of the company.
  • You are customer minded and will strive to obtain the best customer satisfaction through customer contacts, swift and professional reactions to requests and complaints.
  • You are responsible for creating quotes, following-up on quotations and leads.
  • You will formulate accurate and timely reporting on activities (KPI's), market intelligence, issues etc. to ensure a proper flow of information.
  • You will lead a small team of internal sales persons.
  • You have a thorough understanding of the IAF products, to process and to initiate new products.
  • You will promote and support all new activities from the company like e-com, the Authorized Distributor program etc.

  • You have a higher education, preferably a Bachelor degree (commercial) or equal by experience.
  • You have at least more than 3 years of experience in a sales position
  • You have a solid knowledge of Swedish, Danish and English. Knowledge of Russian is an asset.
  • You are customer-oriented; customer satisfaction in combination of the sales terms & conditions.
  • You are a self-starter, highly motivated and want to bring your team to the next level.
  • You have the willingness to learn everything about our IAF activities and products.
  • You see yourself as a crucial part of your team, together with your direct reports.
  • You can think and act on both strategical as operational level.
