Gazella is now recruiting a Business Controller to Kry, a digi-physical healthcare provider enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals physically and online. Kry continues to grow their business in current and new markets, both organic and through acquisitions, and is now looking to strengthen their finance team. As Business Controller you will play a vital role in proactively driving the business towards profitable growth and securing a financial perspective throughout the organization.

You will be part of the Swedish finance team in the Stockholm office (HQ) and report to Sweden's Finance Manager and with dotted line to Head of Group business control. Along with your colleagues in the Swedish finance team you will work closely together with the group finance function, a team of +15 individuals with experience from a variety of industries and fast-paced environments and are passionate about how tech solutions can improve financial processes and internal control.

Kry is currently running business in Sweden, Norway, the UK, France and Germany. In this position you will be an integral part of Kry's business and team up with the Swedish finance team, key stakeholders within Kry Sweden, as well as colleagues in the Group business control team to secure continued success.

What you can expect in this role
  • Be the Swedish business area leads' partner and right hand in delivering high quality and efficient healthcare, while also being an integral part of improving company-wide finance processes together with the Group business control team.
  • Follow up actual to financial forecast with department managers.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Lead regular business follow-up, ensuring forecast accuracy, flagging risks and opportunities and mitigation plans at an early stage.
  • Secure solid sales and financial forecasts.
  • Execute ad-hoc analysis based on organizational needs.
Your background
We are looking for a person with an academic degree in finance, engineering or business management/administration and at least 5 years of work experience with 3+ years of experience from working as Business Controller, preferably within the physical health care industry in Sweden. You have a broad knowledge of financial and business principles and processes and are excited to explain how to understand and use information in a profit and loss report. You also have experience with driving own projects in a matrix organization. It is meritorious if you have experience of scale-up/fast-moving businesses and digital transformation. Furthermore, you have excellent skills in Excel and full professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both in verbal and in writing.
