Incell was founded in 2015 and is a fast-growing company that develops, manufactures and sell lithium batteries for the telecom market. We are now looking for a Customer Service Manager and a Customer Service Support, to our head office in Kista, who wants to be a part of our journey towards becoming the world leading supplier of smart and sustainable lithium battery solutions.

As a member of the Customer Service Team at Incell you will be part of a small and tight team that ensures that our customers get world class service and support when purchasing Incell products. The team has the main responsibility or order management towards key customers as well as internal stakeholders. The job includes, but is not limited to, order management, transport document handling, production follow-up, invoicing, claims handling, internal reporting and KPIs for your customers. Incell is fast growing and we are looking for somebody that want to grow with us and are used to working in a high paced international setting where you will learn something new every day.

Who are you?

Customer Service Support
  • You have some experience in working with customers and is passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience
  • Other would describe you as a team player with an eye for service
  • You take pride in following through on your tasks from start to finish
  • Want to grow in a high-paced customer-oriented environment
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must- other language skills are a bonus
  • You are familiar with Office 365
Customer Service Manager
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in working with Customers Service or inside sales with large customers
  • You are passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience and like to work with improvement in ways of working to adapt to our growing customer base and new technologies
  • You are a skilled relationship builder with an eye for service
  • You have experience in working with international customers, preferably in Africa and/or Middle east
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must- other language skills are a bonus
  • You have excellent knowledge of Office 365
