Business development through strong vendor management

You are the key contact person between Microsoft Sweden and Ingram Micro being responsible for the day-to-day and the strategic operations of the vendor portfolio, including the management of our Microsoft cloud offering (Azure, Modern Workplace, Dynamics). This job is a full-scale vendor responsibility also including budgeting and planning as well as implementation of Microsoft Partner programs.

Global organization with local impact

You will enter a highly global organization with support from colleagues in other parts of the global Ingram landscape. This requires to some extend evening meetings and approximately 10% travel activities per year.

Working in the distribution channel allows you local adjustments and you must work closely with your local Microsoft contacts to ensure Ingram offers solutions matching the Swedish market in line with global directions.

Therefore, strong stakeholder management skills and good decision quality is required in this job along with strong project management skills, all wrapped in a highly commercial mindset.

Our new colleague

Besides the above-mentioned skillset - these requirements are mandatory for being relevant for this position:
  • 5+ years of product management or vendor management
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
  • 2+ years of experience working with a global vendor
To succeed in this position, you utilize your communication skills to build strong relations internally and externally.
