Do you want to make a difference for patients and physicians - while unleashing your own full potential? Do you have excellent analytical skills and experience of digital transformation? Then you could be our new Nordic Analytics Manager.

As our new Nordic Analytics Manager, you enable business decisions for our Commercial Teams in the Nordic/Baltic cluster. You are the business partner for local Marketing Teams with business intelligence, advanced data analytics and customer insights. You will work closely with the Nordic cross functional team and you build the analytical and digital capabilities and drive the implementation of our digital transformation using strong analytical skills combined to agile methodology.

As a Nordic Analytics Manager you are part of the Nordic Commercial Operations Team and, together with your colleagues, you take an active role of driving the analytical savvyness across the Nordic and Baltic Region.

As you can see, your tasks as Nordic Analytics Manager are many and varied. They also include:
  • Business portfolio optimization & market data analysis for brand strategy & financial planning purposes
  • Data modelling and data integration
  • Agile methodology and prescriptive analytics
  • Execute on the analytical transformation and implementation of BI tools
  • Support Nordic and country organizations with various data and ad-hoc analysis
Required profile:

You are a strong team player and you lead by example.

You have a University degree from accredited university and at least 5 years of experience in the area of data analytics and digital transformation preferably in an international company or a consultancy.

You are a team player and have a strong desire to reach results while observing the high ethical standards MSD is known and respected for.

As a person, you have the flexibility and enthusiasm to adapt and succeed in a rapidly changing environment, and your people skills are equally impressive. You are able to work independently with very little supervision. You are open-minded, yet you know when and how to speak your mind and get your point across in a way that makes colleagues and external stakeholders appreciate your expertise, skills and high ethical standard. You exhibit the following qualities:
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Experience working independently in an international environment
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent skills working in MS-Office, SPSS and Google analytics
  • Experience of implementing BI tools for large corporations, data integration, data management & visualization
What we offer:

Application and further information
The position is office based and you live in the capital area of Denmark, Finland, Norway or Sweden. Approximately 20% of your time will be spent travelling. You report directly to the Nordic Commercial Operations Lead.
