A day in life
The primary role of the Territory Account Manager is to manage sales targets and to lead the sales and marketing efforts for Atrial Fibrillation Solutions products for his/her territory. The incumbent must ensure the ability to assist during clinical ablation procedures at each account in North Sweden. In addition, develop and provide first class professional sales strategies in conjunction with technical training programs.

This is a high-profile position where customers will expect to be supported by an AF Solutions expert who can work as a valued resource with all levels of staff, both at clinical and at an administrative/financial level. Including high profile key opinion leaders.
Position duties will be structured around the specific account needs, according to current business commitments and will expand/change according to future business demands.

Duties & responsibilities:
  • Formulate and initiate sales strategies and tactics to develop meaningful, long term and sustainable business.
  • Develop sales plans for the designated territory/area and apply professional sales skills to execute on business plans and achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Assist customers during clinical ablation procedures with AF Solutions technologies
  • Gather market intelligence, customer needs and requirements, whether requested or just observations and communicate to the respective AF Solutions personnel in a timely and meaningful manner
  • Conduct your work practices in line with company practices and standards, compliant with Medtronic BCS regulations.
  • Report all field observations and complaints, associated with AF Solutions products and services, as required by AF Solutions procedures.
