You will be a part of an outgoing and successful team of 4 people. This position is a part of the Group Business and Customer Insight function within Group Brand Management and Global Marketing. The purpose is to gather, analyze and provide Husqvarna Group and the divisions with relevant market information and insights. This to secure a fact and data driven decision process for the Husqvarna group strategy, brand portfolio and development. This input will support product development, innovation as well as sales, Brand & Marketing and the Go-to-market agenda. In order to be suitable for this position, you should be at the beginning of your career and have a versatile approach to your work, combining the ability to both work from in a detail oriented fashion as well as helicopter perspective. We are looking for you with an analytical capacity to understand and analyze data, you should continuously challenge yourself as well be an strong user of Excel. If you are analytical and business oriented would like to work in close cooperation with the business, this could be the right challenge for you!

Your main responsibilities is to gather, structure, analyse and present market/competitive information including internal and external data for:
  • Husqvarna Group products, prices and activities
  • Competitive landscape, products, prices and activities
  • Purchase channels
  • Customer demands, attitudes, behavior, purchase journey and information sources
  • Market trends
  • Develop the existing process to gather, quality check and present market data on a regular basis
  • Develop the existing information collection with focus on competitors
  • Identify what additional information is needed and manage the process to gather or buy necessary information

To succeed in this role it is important that you're analytic and reflective with a strong numerical interest. You also need to have great communication and networking skills with the ability to get the message across in different communication settings, ie: Distance, conferences, 1 on1, from operational teams to senior management. Other important characteristics:
  • Good commercial understanding and business acumen
  • Organized with an attention to details
  • Keep to the essence
  • Good in structuring and presenting information
  • Result-oriented mind-set, strong drive to deliver and perform
  • High energy level and work ethic
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economical science, Business administration or equivalent.
  • Interest of leading and delivering complex projects/programs in a multi-market/language set-up with different stakeholders internally and externally
  • Fluent Swedish and English. Fluent German a plus but not mandatory
