We are looking for a passionate, driven, sales professional who will be responsible for the sales of Ranpak Paper Packaging Systems. Working from a home based office you will be out in the field meeting, training and developing your distributors in order to drive business performance. The Region Manager will also focus on targeting new potential customers and creating new business leads. Your will be responsible for the Stockholm region and the middle parts of Sweden.


Reporting to the General Sales Manager based in the UK, your primary focus will be:
  • Responsibility for forming and maintaining quality professional relationships with the Distribution network of your region ensuring high standards of knowledge and performance
  • Target and develop new accounts
  • Training and motivating Distributor Sales Force
  • Meet and exceed your agreed targets
  • Act as a strategic Marketing Partner for the Distributors
  • Assist Distributors as a product expert at customers
  • Responsible for acting in compliance with the agreed business plans and methodologies, as defined by Ranpak Management

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial drive and proven track record in sales, preferably from selling through distribution channels. You enjoy developing your client accounts and use your well developed interpersonal skills to train and educate your distributor's sales force. You are an outgoing, positive and self-driven doer, who is used to working from home with autonomy and flexibility
  • Previous experience from selling through distribution, enjoy developing existing, as well as hunting new, accounts.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate sales experience through quality, integrity, passion and strong commercial drive
  • To be successful, you will demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, drive, commitment and ability to be highly self-motivated.
  • A genuine interest in providing high level of customer service, including first class presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in solution selling in technical markets.
  • Willingness to travel - both national and international
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
