The operation is organized into three geographic regions – the Nordic region, the UK region and the Central Europe region. Nigel Wright is helping Nobia to strengthen the team with an experienced and highly driven Head of Supply Chain Controlling. The role reports to Chief Product Supply Officer (CPSO) and have a dotted line to Nobia's CFO. The location for this position is Stockholm with international travel across the local Nobia units being required.

The Role
The Head of Supply Chain Controlling is responsible for all aspects of the financial management for Nobia production, purchasing and product management. Responsibilities include setting the strategic direction and drive value creation together with the Chief Product Supply Officer (CPSO) and play an active role as part of the supply chain leadership team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide decision support and outline strategies together with the CPSO
  • Continually review and improve the financial management for the Nobia supply chain
  • Monitor key performance indicators in the supply chain and outline activities for continuous improvements
  • Lead a group of ~10 supply chain controllers/analysts engaged in the day to day financial management activities across the Group
  • Plan and monitor CAPEX investments and ROI within the supply chain
  • Develop optimized governance models for make versus buy decisions
  • Prepare and execute strategies to optimize working capital within the supply chain, including inventory control and account payable management
  • Provide meaningful and accurate budgets and forecasts across the supply chain
  • Provide Group finance with appropriate analysis of manufacturing results and standard cost variations on a monthly basis
  • Monitor key business risk exposure areas, addressing key issues from both a financial control and a commercial perspective
Profile Description & Background
The person we are looking for has a strong drive, excellent business acumen and thorough understanding of what drives value within a supply chain structure. Experience from working in a supply chain environment, preferably as a controller with experience in setting up factory P&Ls, product cost calculations and financial modelling. Furthermore, he or she is structured and organized and has a track-record of solid project-based leadership. Experience from change processes within manufacturing in an international context

Key Requirement:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business administration
  • 5+ years in accounting / finance
  • Managerial experience with strong proven leadership skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of any additional languages is considered a merit
