Nigel Wright Group is currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join LG Electronics' Sales team focusing on Home Appliances (HA). The role is based out of LG's Stockholm office and reports to the Nordic Sales Director HA.

About the assignment

As Key Account Manager for Home Appliances your main responsibility will be to grow LG's existing HA business accounts and create new business opportunities as well as professional partnerships. Your aim will be to achieve a stronger position for LG within the given HA accounts by proactively coming up with selling solutions. You will also be responsible for implementing sales and promotional plans in all HA accounts that will be given to you.

Key responsibilities
  • Be responsible for key customers in Sweden on Home Appliances products
  • Build and secure strong relationships with HA customers, by having close contact with retail management and continuous visits in selected key stores
  • Create, drive and coordinate sale activities, events and campaigns with HA customers according to plans
  • Follow up stock levels and continuously activate products "not moving according to plan
  • Follow-up on the HA supply chain and secure on time deliveries by accurate forecasting of sales
  • Participate in the yearly listing negotiations with major retailers and operators locally and Nordic
  • Continuously do competitor analysis and analyse market trends
  • Work on the customer & market strategy to further develop the HA accounts and create aligned account plans
  • Budget responsibility, account forecasting and business tracking
  • Internal reporting and account planning in LG's internal system.
Background and experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven and documented experience within sales
  • Previous experience from the Home Appliances field
  • Existing network in the Retail or Electronics side
  • Experience of working strategically with sales planning
  • Excellent track-record from building strong and long lasting business relationships
  • Previous practical experience from negotiating with customers
  • Experience of calculating sales and retail related KPI's such as stock rotation, margins, turnover
  • Driving license required
  • Fluent Swedish and English
